Sabrina Dames is a journalist with a passion for art. She began painting professionally in 1995 after taking classes at the Maryland College of Art and Design in Wheaton, Maryland and the Art League School in Alexandria, Virginia. Prior to pursuing her artistic passions, she worked in broadcast news for several notable networks, including BET News, CNN and CBS. Sabrina holds a B.A. from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and an M.S. from Columbia University in New York, New York. She currently resides in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with her husband, Curtis and her daughter, Ayana. |
